NOEL Christmas Holiday Garland Banner Kit

Somethings new today, as I'm having so much fun creating things for Christmas!! I made these 2 sets of tags up with a warm, vintage feel to them. Lots of distressing, lots of ribbons and some vintage trims....old fashioned images and a few buttons thrown in. Oh yeah....a "little bit" of bling, gotta have that!!
